The Garden STEM Program and Amateur Radio Club Radio Field Day and Science Expo! on Sunday, May 4th.
The Garden STEM Program and Amateur Radio Club would like to invite you to our Radio Field Day and Science Expo! on Sunday, May 4th.
We need volunteers to help us.
We are looking for volunteers to help out in the following ways
- Amateur Radio Part of the Event
- Operators
- Working the radio to try to make contact with other people around the world. We will train you on how to do this.
- Engineers
- To help us troubleshoot and fix the radios
- We will also be hosting a VE Session and need Examiners
- Operators
- Science Expo Part of the Event
- Volunteers to help run the different tables
- The current tables are listed below
- Volunteers to do their own presentation or table.
- This is a STEAM event and anything from Arts and Crafts, Engineering, Mathematics, or anything that will bring people the joy of learning.
- Volunteers to help run the different tables
- Donations
- Materials for the table
- Food/drink for the volunteers to eat
- Monetary donations are welcome
